Learn how to become more proficient with your lifting and move your training forward. 

Designed for anyone who is a beginner to weight training or a novice gym user. We focus on teaching the fundamental compound movements of squats, deadlifts, presses, pulls, lunges and carries and build them into your program to help you achieve your goals.

The initial assessment will cover postural and movement tests and will go through the teaching points and demonstration of the key lifts. We will then design a bespoke training plan for you to help you become stronger and more powerful over the following 12 weeks. At the end of the 12 weeks, a reassessment will be conducted. 

We will work with you via email and whatsapp to help you make sure your technique is on point and will progress you at the right speed to make sure you see continuous improvement.

Following a comprehensive assessment, your coach will engineer a bespoke training plan to increase strength endurance and stamina and a personalised nutrition plan for you to execute. 

The assessment allows us to highlight any functional weaknesses such as poor firing patterns or muscle imbalances. We will also establish measurable body composition benchmarks for you to progress from.
