I’ve been working with Katie since December 2016 and it’s made a huge difference to my strength and mobility. She’s very good at giving me exercises that strengthen, but don’t cause any pain in my troublesome joints. Our weekly sessions are enjoyable, varied, and challenging (in a good way). I’m now doing exercises using weights that I never thought would be possible for me.
