“Harry has been training me since 2012. I started working with Harry when I was 14 years old and very keen on rugby. I am not naturally as large as many of my contemporaries and so wanted to develop my strength and power to be more competitive.

Harry tailored a programme for me that developed my strength. He concentrated very much on technique in the early stages to ensure that I didn’t injure myself when lifting increasingly heavy weights. Harry also took into account the demands of the position I play and made sure that I not only maintained, but increased, my agility and explosiveness.

I have found Harry to be very supportive and motivating. As well as the gym work, he is also very knowledgeable on nutrition and helped me to gain the weight my coaches wanted me to put on. I’ve been delighted with the results of following such a structured programme which have really helped to improve my performance on the rugby pitch.”
